This is our new favorite breakfast spot! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed, and the hospitality is unmatched. Talked with one of the owners. It is a family owned spot. Nice people. U The food is everything you'd want in a breakfast: fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. Pecan waffles were great! Potatoes crisp and tasty and the bacon avocado omelet was deliciousness. It's clear this place is run with care and a passion for making guests happy. If you're in Palm Springs and looking for a spot that delivers both great food and a warm vibe, stop here. We'll definitely be back for more!

My cousins and I had an amazing experience at Bit of Country in Palm Springs. We loved it so much, we ended up going back two days in a row. The service was excellent both times, friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely fantastic. On the first day, I ordered the fried chicken, and it was spot on, crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The next day, I decided to try the All-American breakfast, and it did not disappoint. I went with the chicken fried steak smothered in gravy, and it was just as delicious as I'd hoped. Everyone in our party was very happy with their meals. The diner atmosphere and the lovely out front seating area added to the charm. Classic, cozy, and a great spot to enjoy a meal with family. Bit of Country is definitely a must visit when you're in Palm Springs.

My belated mother, my aunt, cousin, several of my friends, many many tourists to whom I have recommended Bit of Country, and I have been coming here for almost 5 years. The biscuits and gravy rival any you will find in the deepest parts of the deep south. The patty melt is top-notch. The Machaca, Chilaquiles, and burritos are just what the doctor ordered when you're hungry for them. I have not had a bad meal here. On top of all that the prices are just right and the staff are among the friendliest in Coachella Valley. The vibe of the ambience is hometown, throwdown elevated grub. You deserve to treat yourself and come here.

I came to Palm Springs to visit a friend and he suggested this place for breakfast. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, which I love, even though my friend refused to sit outside. So I ate alone. Just kidding, we sat inside. I ordered the House Special Omelette, which is an omelette with everything you can think of inside it. Bacon, sausage, onions, cheese, a bunch of other stuff. And on top, avocado, sour cream and a salsa. It was huge. And as if that wasn't enough, it comes with a side. Try the hash browns. Also huge, but delicious. Everything was delicious. My friend had Eggs Benedict and loved his as well. But the best part is the service. They are so polite and accommodating, it was like being in the house of a dear friend. Definitely a go-to place whenever I make it back to Palm Springs. Free parking in the rear.

This will be my new breakfast spot now whenever I'll be visiting palm springs. Nothing out of the ordinary they serve both typical American and mexican breakfast. What makes this outstanding is that they have an excellent customer service. Armando is very friendly and very enthusiastic. There should be atleast one "Armando" in all of the restaurants across the world.

Breakfast was tasty, reasonably prices. French toast was delicious. I love me some French toast Cute little old style diner, not much of a breakfast person but it definitely gave that breakfast vibe.... The service was awesome!! It was open seating but we were greeted with a warm smile, everyone was attentive & friendly. I chose something light cause we had to kill time before our 4 hour hike but our meals was very filling & good to hold us by till dinner. My friend was pleased with his meal & I had no complaints.

Super great mom and pop restaurant. If you're trying to support local small businesses, make sure to go to Bit of Country for breakfast and lunch. We stopped in for a quick breakfast and we were very pleased with our food and the service was excellent. The eggs benedict is delicious and the hash browns are very good. Hubby got the chili cheese omelette and quite possibly licked his plate. Great food and supporting great people! It's a win-win!

Pretty close to perfect. Great for breakfast or lunch. Very nice staff. Wonderful mix of artificial and natural lighting. The server put our coffee carafe on the table for us to pour as we pleased which I would consider A+ service. The vegan burger and fries were great! They can also make hashbrowns vegan if you ask, which is a boon anywhere you go.
